I was one of 3 executives who were responsible by his will to sell my deceased step-brother's house in Sinking Spring. Patricia met with the three of us and we signed her RE contract in June. Patricia provided us with an appraisal and was very efficient and professional. Unfortunately, the RE market took a downturn right before listing the house and we were very concerned about selling the property as quickly as we were hoping. Patricia was always optimistic and provided numerous suggestions on how to attract buyers and also advice on clearing out the basement. I was born and raised in Berks County. I graduated from Wilson High School and attended Penn State University. I received my real estate license in 1983 and my brokers license in 1986. My two children are grown and living on their own. I have five grandsons that are the light of my life.
