I was one of 3 executives who were responsible by his will to sell my deceased step-brother's house in Sinking Spring. Patricia met with the three of us and we signed her RE contract in June. Patricia provided us with an appraisal and was very efficient and professional. Unfortunately, the RE market took a downturn right before listing the house and we were very concerned about selling the property as quickly as we were hoping.
